Celebrating Uncle JK 88th! at cousin Marys House!...another Ghana palace!

The pictures say it all!.  Mary my (Patrick) first cousin organised a suprise 88th birthday celebration for her dad, my mums eldest brother, (The first born son of my Grandfather & and oldest man currently in our family).  It was a beautiful affair, all done in the grounds of my cousins newly built house...

Happy Birthday Mum... Goodbye Mum...


A double event happening today its Mums Birthday!!!  

Mum is going back to England!

Off we go to a restaurant to celebrate mums birthday as arranged by dear Aunty Essie    ( Mums Sister), before dropping mum off at the airport!

A LESSON ON HOW TO EAT BANKU AND TALIPIA!

 1.) Smile as soon as your dish
 arrives, nod as begin to meditate on the joy 
set before you 










2.) Scoop a portion of 
banku with your shito
sauce .... you can also 
look to the side to warn others beside you not to disturb you!.. or ask for some! LOL!!














 3.)  Continue scooping each ball of banku, pausing to enjoy the savour... blow out if necessary if your finding the shito hot!!








....Now open the left 
hand as an expression oftrue enjoyment!! AAAH~~~~

Day out after church service - Labadi Beach here we come!

 After an informative sermon, about renewing the mind! and avoiding wrong mindsets.  We met up with  Aunty and Captain Atta as we call him.  We went off to the beach!

 How creative is that! sculptured from the sand.  You had to pay a donation to get the picture... Resourceful Dont Ya Think!.   Lots of ways to bring in a little Shi~Ka! (cash money)

Oh No she didn't...  Yes I did ... well I wasn't planning on doing that .... but another preggers rode passed me... and I thought .. huh! if she can ..then I can too! :)
