Kwamasi! the Ashanti region.  Very rich history!  Very interesting. Will hopefully write up a bit more about it  on later post!

.........A MASSIVE BILLBOARD!

All over Ghana there are so many religious billboards.. advertising churches, etc.  You wouldnt get that in England!

Ansah family, Grandma Dee Dee, Atta (our faithful Driver) and the Aunties who hosted us whilst we we stayed in Kumasi. We were made very welcome.  We have really been learnng from the exampleship hospitality from the people who have been taking care of us in Ghana.

 

TT, holding the  huge snail Clare found crawling around whilst we were visiting Kumasi Zoo.  The snail was blessed that we were the ones that found him, as snails like him are a common ingredient with soup and fufu!! No Thanks!
